Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within the return period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please request an exchange when contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
